While we have considerable funding already for Local Online: A Global Strategy (LOGS), we keep discovering more areas where we can assist the development of online education and especially the hybrid solutions needed to not just teach content but strengthen the pastoral and leadership skills of those studying. In the coming year, the strategy will be working with other agencies to refine new resources for the complex situation faced in very low-tech environments (no computers, few smart phones, expensive downloads, poor connectivity, and poor electricity supply).

These funds will be initially used in our six pilot studies around the world which are planned for early 2023. We expect they will be of greatest benefit in parts of Africa, South Asia and remote areas of Latin America.
