Ever been to a graduation service where the assembled family friends sit on the sloping lawn and watch their small kids play with machetes? Or seen a graduating class in their academic gowns be led into the covered area by spear wielding fellow classmates? Or joined in the celebrations where the lunch has been cooked in the ground the traditional way of Melanesia? That is standard fare for Christian Leaders Training College (CLTC) graduations. Our Executive Director, Rev Dr Stuart Brooking, will be speaking at CLTC’s graduation ceremony on Saturday 5th December this year. You’d be welcome to join him!
Activities – We will visit the Port Moresby campus and the beautiful main campus at Banz in the Highlands. We will meet students and faculty at the college, attend a local church service and, of course, join in the celebrations of the graduation ceremony and the lead up events with students.
Dates – The Connection Tour will depart from Sydney on Wednesday 2nd and return on Monday evening 7th December 2026.
Accommodation – We’ll stay at the CLTC Guest House (2.5 star) and a Port Moresby Hotel (4 star).
Cost – Under $3,000 per person. (Flight costs may alter price.
